The RA Africa Fellowship is a 9-week intensive virtual program designed to prepare early-career professionals in Africa for global remote executive assistant roles.
This isn’t just training, it’s a launchpad for your career. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from global professionals, and direct pathways to employment through Dinma Consulting’s placement network.

Fellows are selected through a competitive application process and complete 8 weeks of intensive virtual training. The curriculum focuses on execution, professionalism, communication, emotional intelligence, and remote work readiness.

Yes, there is a small placement fee to help us continue supporting and matching top talent. Once hired, we’ll work with you to ensure fellows are fairly compensated for their work based on an agreed upon rate.
