For Fellows

Through the RA Africa Fellowship, we equip young African professionals with the skills, systems, and confidence to excel as remote executive assistants supporting global business owners and professionals.

Meet the Founder

I'm Chidinma Okorie, a programs and operations strategist and founder of Dinma Consulting. I partner mission-driven businesses and ecosystem builders bring structure to their vision through thoughtful strategy, streamlined operations, and remote-ready talent.

After years of leading high-impact programs across various sectors the U.S. and Africa, I created RA Africa, a hands-on fellowship that equips young Nigerians with the skills, mindset, and confidence to thrive as remote executive assistants. Because I believe operational excellence and talent development go hand in hand, we also provide job placement support to help fellows land meaningful roles.

My work sits at the intersection of systems and social impact because when organizations run smarter and people are empowered, everyone wins.
