Ideal for professionals with 0–12 years of experience looking to strengthen their skills and accelerate their careers.
Each Fellowship cohort is open to professionals living in the selected African country for that cohort.

Applicants must also have access to a laptop and reliable internet.
We're looking for curious, coachable professionals who are eager to learn, embrace feedback, and invest in their long-term development.
Applicants should be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
