Dinma Consulting was founded on a simple belief: when small businesses and early-career professionals are given the right structure, training, and support, both can thrive.

HOW WE WORK

For Business Owners

We provide trained remote assistants through a flexible monthly subscription. Each assistant is supported with ongoing supervision, performance coaching, and continuous learning, ensuring long-term success for both sides.

For Fellows

Through the RA Africa Fellowship, we equip young African professionals with the skills, systems, and confidence to excel as remote executive assistants supporting global business owners and professionals.
